Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Subscryber — the Subscryber mobile app and subscryber.app — is operated by Appocrates Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom, which is the data controller for your personal data. Contact: support@subscryber.app.
2. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile (name, email).
- Subscription data you enter — the services, prices, renewal dates, and groups you add. We never ask for and never receive your banking credentials, and we do not connect to your bank account.
- Purchase data — if you buy Premium, the purchase is processed by Google Play and our billing provider RevenueCat. We receive subscription status, not your card details.
- Diagnostics — crash and error reports (via Sentry) so we can fix problems. These are technical logs, not marketing profiles.
3. How we use it
To provide the Service: keep your account working, sync your data, send the reminders you asked for, process Premium entitlements, and fix bugs. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who processes it
We use a small set of processors to run the Service: hosting for our API (Fly.io) and website (Vercel), billing (Google Play, RevenueCat), and error monitoring (Sentry). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app, or email support@subscryber.app — we then delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and take your data with you. Email us and we will respond. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will give notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
